Spirituality, Healing and Nature

With a preface by plant neurobiologist and essayist Stefano Mancuso.

A visionary exploration of the deep bond between humans and the natural world, where science, spirituality and ecological wisdom converge: a journey of healing ourselves to heal the planet.

Moving between anthropology, myth and environmental reflection, Ask the Trees reimagines the vegetal world as a living ally in healing, awareness and transformation. Through meditations and practices of Spiritual Green Therapy, Bormolini traces a holistic path linking inner wellbeing to ecological responsibility, offering a compelling response to the spiritual and environmental crises of our time.

Blending spiritual reflection, personal experience, and pathways of contemplative engagement with nature, the natural world emerges as a guide for reimagining how we live, heal, and belong.
